JD:


1. Be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure including networks and various cloud computing resources, collaborate with architects to design and implement high-availability architectures.


2. Be responsible for the daily inspection and resource management of the entire cloud platform, be responsible for building a full-chain monitoring and alarm system, track the health status of the platform in real time, and issue warnings for potential risks.


3. Be responsible for the deployment and monitoring of various business systems in the cloud; design and implement cloud operation automation solutions, achieve automation of cloud resource deployment, configuration changes, and version releases through scripts, IaC tools, and CI/CD tools, reducing the cost and error rate of manual operations.


4. Be responsible for the long-term cost budgeting, resource optimization, and cost control of the cloud platform, lead the rapid troubleshooting and recovery of sudden failures of the cloud platform, output fault review reports, and promote problem resolution.


5. Be responsible for the system security protection and data security protection of the entire cloud platform, conduct regular data backups and disaster recovery drills.


Education and Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, with at least 5 years of IT operation and maintenance experience, including at least 3 years of experience in cloud platform operation and maintenance.


2. Strong teamwork spirit and customer service awareness, meticulous work, high sense of responsibility and emergency response ability. Capable of undertaking 7×24-hour fault response duties, remaining calm and efficiently solving problems in case of sudden failures.


3. Have experience in large-scale cloud platform operation and maintenance, or have led cloud migration, cloud platform expansion/upgrade projects.


4. Proficient in at least one mainstream cloud service provider's core products (such as AWS, Azure, etc.), familiar with hybrid cloud/multi-cloud management tools and other public cloud services.


5. Proficient in using the Linux system; proficient in Shell/Python script programming; proficient in IaC tools, monitoring tools, log analysis tools; familiar with container technology, understand the basic operation and maintenance of Kubernetes, familiar with nginx/RDS/Redis/Kafka and other middleware.


6. Have the ability to locate complex problems in cloud platforms, able to independently solve network, storage, and computing-related faults; understand basic cloud security technologies, familiar with data backup/disaster recovery plan design and execution, and able to cooperate to complete the task.
