HR Associate


Briddge Legal & Finance is a fast-growing company specializing in financial and legal services for international clients. With extensive expertise and experience, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including accounting, tax, payroll, corporate law, immigration, employment law, and HR solutions.

Our headquarters is based in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk), with additional offices in The Hague, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, London, and Los Angeles (USA), allowing us to support clients across multiple jurisdictions.


Our client-facing HR team is looking for an HR Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing HR team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our international clients when it comes to HR. From contracts and policies to sick leave management, leave regulations, and employee benefits —you’ll advise and guide them through all kinds of HR challenges.


While the primary focus is on Dutch employment law, you will also advise on HR practices across various European countries. Sometimes you’ll even step in as their temporary “in-house HR advisor,” working directly with their team for a day or two per week. It’s a varied role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be working closely with colleagues from HR, employment law, payroll, and immigration. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction are at the heart of this role.

What You’ll Do


  • Advising clients on HR matters (contracts, leave, performance, employee relations).
  • Drafting and reviewing employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting clients with sick leave management.
  • Providing guidance on employee benefits.
  • Joining client and prospect meetings and advising on solutions.
  • Giving or helping with HR training sessions, seminars, or webinars.
  • Occasionally acting as on-site HR Advisor for a client.


What We’re Looking For


We’d love to hear from you if you are;


  • HBO educated (HR, Business, or similar).
  • 2–3 years experienced in HR (advisory, HR generalist, or similar role).
  • Confident with Dutch employment law and HR practices.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a client-focused mindset.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to take on new challenges.
  • A real team player (and yes, a sense of humor definitely helps 😉).
