TechStack - 3 Mandatory Skills for Reporting and Service Analyst :Report data and performance metrics from data derived from Freshservice and other IT data sources. Executive level reporting for monthly and Quarterly reports in addition to weekly. Power BI and Freshservice analytics. Support Head of IT Service Delivery and the CIO at Landal to prepare reports that target Executive leadership.

Reporting & Service Improvement Analyst

(Service Management focus)

Mission:

Deliver high-quality service management reports and drive data-based service improvements, relieving Yasmine from manual reporting work.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze service performance data from Freshservice and other IT sources.

• Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior management (incidents, SLAs, trends, root causes).

• Identify recurring issues and propose service improvement actions.

• Automate reporting processes wherever possible (Power BI, Tableau, Freshservice analytics).

• Support CIO office in preparing executive updates and presentations.

Profile:

• 6 years in IT service management / reporting / business analysis.

• Strong data handling and visualization skills (Power BI, Excel, SQL).

• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).

• Analytical mindset, able to challenge raw data and generate insights.
