·       Receive and manage reservations from clients.

·       Creation of the best itineraries for clients.

·       Plan clients' stays, turning their vacation dreams into reality.

·       Book and schedule everything from cozy transportation to thrilling adventures.

·       Maintain a seamless communication with both clients and suppliers.

·       Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all bookings and schedules.

What we are looking for:

• A travel enthusiast with a knack for planning.
• Experience in tourism or travel industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
