Role Overview
Are you a recent graduate/ or student in your last year with big ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit? We’re looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ready to lead our company into its next exciting phase.

This role presents an unparalleled opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded leader ready to shape the future of AI-driven financial services. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving strategic decisions, expanding our market presence, leading fundraising efforts, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement a compelling strategic vision for Lotus Field Analytics, aligning with our mission of democratizing investment insights.
• Leadership: Inspire and lead a cross-functional team, nurturing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts to secure additional capital for scaling and commercialization.
• Product and Technology: Oversee the development and enhancement of our AI-powered applications, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
• Business Development: Build partnerships, expand B2B and B2C channels, and identify new growth opportunities within the financial sector.
• Market Expansion: Drive go-to-market strategies to broaden our reach in Europe and beyond, leveraging data-driven insights to penetrate new markets effectively.
• Operational Management: Streamline company operations and develop KPIs for long-term sustainability and success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, engaging with stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Education: A recent/soon to be graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Exceptional candidates without this background but with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership qualities through internships, university projects, or early professional experience in startups, tech firms, or finance-related roles. Direct experience as a CEO is not required.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with a drive to innovate and disrupt traditional models.
• Passion for Technology and Finance: An enthusiasm for AI, data analytics, and the finance industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a pre-revenue, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt as the company scales.
