Mission
Design the orchestration experience for multi-agent systems. Dragons is not just infra - it’s how humans and agents interact. You’ll craft myth-tech interfaces that balance clarity with symbolic depth.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design across dashboards, real-time ops, and orchestration tools.
- Translate complex infra and agent flows into intuitive, temporal-first UX.
- Evolve our own style design language (glassmorphic, symbolic, mythic minimalism).
- Partner with engineering to bring designs into production.
- Help define product identity and brand across touchpoints.
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years of product/UX design in startups or high-growth tech.
- Portfolio showing clarity in complex systems (infra, AI, or data tools).
- Strong Figma + prototyping skills; familiarity with Tailwind, shadcn, or design systems.
- Curious about mythic design, narrative interfaces, and agentic UX.
