Freelance Marketing

A senior conversion rate optimization (CRO) specialist is required to support a newly established UK-based drop shipping company. The focus of this role is to analyze, refine, and optimize customer acquisition strategies with the goal of increasing conversions and driving revenue growth. This is a remote freelance project with strong potential for follow-up collaboration.

Deliverables

• Conduct a full audit of the company’s website and sales funnel to identify optimization opportunities
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance tracking to validate improvements
• Optimize landing pages, checkout processes, and product presentation for maximum engagement
• Provide actionable insights on customer behavior and acquisition channels
• Create a tailored CRO roadmap aligned with the company’s short- and long-term goals
• Deliver a final report summarizing findings, optimizations, and recommended next steps

Requirements

• Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably within e-commerce and drop shipping
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies
• Proficiency with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar platforms
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, or similar) to track and measure KPIs
• Experience with UX/UI best practices, funnel design, and behavioral analysis
• Ability to design and execute A/B tests and translate data into actionable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
• Availability for immediate freelance engagement with flexibility for future collaboration
