Responsibilities

• Security Operations: Help shape and enhance the Security Operations Center by defining intelligent incident response processes and implementing effective countermeasures to defend against threats
• Threat Research & Defense: Investigate attack patterns and develop proactive defense strategies to strengthen our security posture
• Cloud Security Architecture: Design secure cloud architectures and contribute your expertise to our Security Cloud Competence Center
• Risk Assessment: Identify, analyze, and professionally evaluate security risks across cloud and on-premises environments
• Innovation & Creativity: Contribute creative ideas to improve and evolve our security processes and tools
• Security Advisory: Provide hands-on consulting in projects and support key security initiatives across the organization

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Computer Science (ETH/FH/HF or equivalent)
• Expertise: Strong background in Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure (both on-premises and cloud environments)
• Threat Knowledge: Solid understanding of threat landscapes, attack techniques, and defense strategies
• Framework Familiarity: Well-versed in common security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK
• Tools & Technologies: Practical experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR, and other cybersecurity tools and solutions
• Incident Handling: Experience responding to and managing security incidents is a strong plus
• Availability: Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts
