General Information:
- Location: Baden
- Duration: 1 year (with a possibility for extension or a permanent position)
Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Swiss-based Finance and HR stakeholders to gather headcount forecasts and translate them into strategic workplace plans
- Provide structured reporting to the Regional Real Estate Manager Southern Europe, ensuring local needs and long-term strategy are in sync
- Oversee facilities and workplace operations, fostering a high-quality, culturally aligned working environment
- Ensure contract compliance and fulfillment of all obligations tied to the real estate portfolio
- Lead fit-out projects from concept through delivery, including managing architects, external project managers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure that all real estate developments are compliant with corporate workplace standards and support functional and aesthetic excellence
- Drive process efficiency and champion continuous improvements in real estate and facility operations
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
- Professional experience in commercial real estate interior construction project management
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple commercial buildout and fit-out projects
- Familiarity with RFP creation, construction documentation review, and vendor negotiations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Independent and proactive, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
