Euro-Testing Software Solutions is involved in software consulting, having experience of approx. 20 years on the market in Romania and abroad, through specific IT solutions and services offered in the following areas:
- Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)
- Cyber Security
- DevOps/DevSecOps
- Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions
- AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.
- Previous experience on IT recruitment (eg., Back-End: .NET; ASP.NET; .Net Core; Java; C++; Front-End: JavaScript, Node.JS, React, Angular; DevOps: AWS, Linux, RedHat; QA: QA Manual; QA Automation; Mobile: iOS; Android, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English language (intermediate or advanced level)
- Bachelor degree in a related field of activity (Human Resources/ Psychology etc.)
- Experience in administering candidate/projects databases
- Very good skills on the sourcing side, communication, attention to details, understanding the job description, posting a job ad
- Partner with hiring managers in order to understand the needs and manage the recruitment process
- Elaborate strategies in order to find suitable candidates, post job ads
- Search for passive candidates for a variety of IT profiles, using head hunting methods and different channels
- Conduct phone or face-to-face interviews
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding the recruitment process
- Make the offers and negotiate
- Weekly/monthly recruitment reports
- Proactively research and understand the local market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bindings, and potential opportunities
