The Role
Drive the development and optimization of native mobile gaming experiences across iOS and Android platforms from concept to launch.
What you will be doing
- Product Strategy & Planning: Own the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones
- UX Collaboration: Partner closely with UX designers to create platform-specific interfaces that feel native and intuitive on both iOS and Android
- Technical Leadership: Guide technical implementation by communicating platform requirements, constraints, and best practices to development teams
- App Store Management: Manage the full app store submission process, from listings and screenshots to updates and user feedback responses
- Performance Optimization: Monitor app performance across platforms using analytics tools, identifying and resolving compatibility issues and performance bottlenecks
- Business Translation: Convert business requirements into technical solutions that drive user engagement and retention
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management or ownership with native mobile apps (iOS/Android focus)
- Proven track record launching complex software products, ideally in gaming or entertainment
- Deep knowledge of App Store and Google Play submission processes and guidelines
- Experience with UX/UI collaboration and platform-specific design principles
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and mobile analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience at all organizational levels
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with cross-platform development considerations
- Background in social gaming or mobile entertainment products
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven product decisions
