About The Role

  • Designing attractive and engaging user interfaces (web-based and mobile).
  • Providing easy-to-use design solutions for complex business and user needs.
  • Working closely with the managers and teams along the entire development cycle.
  • Defining scopes and interface strategies based on user and business needs.
  • Analyzing and adjusting design and work flows based on feedback and user behaviour.
  • Maintaining and updating the mockups, prototypes, UI specifications, user flows, wireframe sites and other necessary deliverables in user experience design
  • Growing within the team by contributing with ideas and solutions to the final product.

You Have

  • Several years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences
  • A portfolio with both UX and visual design across mobile and desktop products with examples of “user-centred design”
  • Advanced experience with UI design tools like Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch and basic experience with the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of basic user-centred Design and User Experience Design principles
  • The ability to research and understand users, their motivations and needs
  • Good communication skills by graphics and visual structures from abstract or complex ideas and concepts all the way through to front-end implementation
  • Excellent communication skills within cross-functional teams
  • Teamwork skills nicely mixed with humour and positivity
  • Fluency in English

Extra Awesome

  • E-commerce experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5/ CSS3/ XHTML
