TechYard Recruitment is working with a European Consultancy who is looking to hire a Custom Digitalization Project Manager.
What you can expect:
- You will lead exciting digitalization projects in the field of customized software—with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- You will guide customers and project teams through the entire project lifecycle in a clear and competent manner, treating them as equals
- Together with the team, you will develop innovative, future-oriented solutions for our customers.
- You will also look after existing customers and coordinate their requests.
- Project management is right up your alley: you bring together different skill sets and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Scope, time, and budget are in good hands with you – and you represent them confidently to management.
- You are keen to develop further and expand your expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, solution design, and process consulting
- You quickly grasp new business models and processes, ask the right questions, and resolve uncertainties at an early stage
- You tackle challenges with motivation and a solution-oriented approach
What you bring to the table:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT projects or project management, preferably as an external service provider
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business informatics, business, IT, or a related field
- Process optimization and digitization are right up your alley
- You think analytically and abstractly and can communicate your ideas in a structured manner
- You are confident in managing stakeholders and expectations
- Strong communication skills and confident manner – whether in a team, during presentations, or when interacting with management and customers
- Customer centricity is not just a buzzword for you, but an attitude – just like the ourselves our principle: working together as a trusted partner
- Hands-on mentality: you get things done and achieve your goals
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about new technologies
- You enjoy working in a team, but can also really hit the ground running on your own
- Very good written and spoken German
