🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Network Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of our tech team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain high-performance network infrastructure that keeps our organization connected and secure. You’ll work on exciting challenges, from troubleshooting complex issues to scaling systems for future growth.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Managing and optimizing Cisco Meraki network environments
• Ensuring network security and compliance with industry standards
• Monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics
• Supporting incident resolution and change management processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
• Handling IP address management and contributing to budget planning

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• Strong background in Cisco; managing firewalls, routing, switching, and WiFi
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking (VPC, TGW, ALB, etc.) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of protocols like TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, and dynamic routing
• Familiarity with tools like Wireshark or tcpdump for packet-level troubleshooting
• Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish languages.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and great communication skills
• Experience working in process-driven environments (ITIL knowledge is a bonus!)
