We are looking for a Golang Developer to join our team of pragmatic engineers building production-grade, Kubernetes-native software. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping enterprises transition from hyperscalers to EU-native infrastructure, with a sharp focus on reliability, simplicity, and excellent developer ergonomics.
Required skills
- 4+ years professional software engineering, 2+ years in Go (concurrency, interfaces, tooling).
- Hands-on Kubernetes: API machinery, CRDs, informers, RBAC, Services/Networking.
- Experience building operators/controllers with controller-runtime (or equivalent).
- Solid testing discipline (unit, property/fuzz preferred), observability (Prometheus/Grafana), and debugging.
Nice to have
- Admission webhooks, mutating/validating pipelines, and sidecar injection patterns.
- Kubernetes networking (CNI fundamentals, eBPF basics), TCP/IP, NAT traversal; VPN/WireGuard knowledge is a plus.
