Position overview

We are searching for a seasoned iOS developer passionate about delivering impactful healthcare applications. This role suits individuals who excel in collaborative, team-driven settings and are motivated by the chance to design intuitive mobile user experiences.

Candidates must have at least a 3-hour overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly across all stages of product development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment of patient-focused features
• Deliver high-quality Swift code that positively affects patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprising engineers, product managers, and designers
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering mutual learning and growth
• Help enhance and streamline the processes of the Mobile Engineering team company-wide
  
  

Requirements

• At least 7 years of substantial experience in iOS development, with strong proficiency in Swift preferred
• Deep interest in technology and sharp critical thinking regarding software performance, scalability, and reliability
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable user-facing applications
• Solid experience working with backend API integrations, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Demonstrated success in mentoring engineers and advocating best practices for testing and deployment
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter, etc.)
• Understanding how to effectively integrate AI tools into the software development workflow
