Product Designer

Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland

We are looking to hire for this role on a B2B consultancy agreement while still providing all the benefits outlined in the job description.

Role Overview 🚀

We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our growing design team. You'll play a key role in shaping user-centred designs for our customer-facing portal and internal back office.

You will work closely with underwriters, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to rapidly iterate and deliver solutions using our design system. Your work will help us solve real business problems in a fast-paced fintech environment.

We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.

What You Will Do ✍️

• Conduct research with customers and internal teams to understand usability barriers
• Plan user journeys with a clear understanding of how small design changes can affect larger outcomes within our system
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups of new features
• Develop a deep understanding of our product and how to innovate within complex, regulated financial markets
• Become an expert in collecting and presenting data in accessible, user-friendly ways
• Balance design outcomes with technical scope to achieve the largest possible impact using an iterative approach
  
  

Requirements

Who you are 👀

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A minimum of 3 years experience working as either a product or UX designer within a cross-functional team
• An ambitious designer looking to expand or develop their experience within a fast-paced fintech environment
• Experience in designing software, demonstrating an ability to solve technical problems
• A strong portfolio showcasing work you have taken to production by collaborating with product and engineering teams
• A Figma expert with at least some experience using advanced features like component properties and variables
• An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate your design decisions and learn from stakeholder feedback
