About The Role

This is an opportunity to be an integral part of an innovative, fast-growing, mission-based company. You will work closely with the development, design, QA, marketing and sales teams.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Crafters Team who is excited about the full lifecycle of our product, from conception through to launch, ensuring it meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the fintech sector or a startup is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in similar positions
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Experience in building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships – within teams, across the business, with senior leaders and external third parties
• Strong project management skills and with the ability to manage multiple, complex, and time-sensitive projects through organization and prioritization
• Ability to understand and evaluate technical concepts and collaborate closely with developers
• No travel restrictions
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
• Product and growth mindset is expected

Key Responsibilities

• Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a focus on fulfilling and anticipating user needs
• Proven track record of launching and managing product features that drive significant user growth and business impact
• Understand technical concepts, ask the right questions, and help drive progress across both business and technical aspects
• Experience in defining metrics and analyzing data to make informed product decisions based on A/B testing and qualitative feedback
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address new user growth challenges and business needs
• Ability to assess the impact of features on both users and the platform, considering long-term scalability and performance
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and creatively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative spirit and deep product management expertise, capable of working cross-functionally and rallying teams around shared goals
