Your Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll be a key part of our growing team, taking ownership of the design process end-to-end. From UX research to creating polished UI designs, you’ll ensure that Tightly delivers exceptional user experiences that help our customers succeed and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Design Generalist and own the entire design process for UI & UX.
• Actively participate in the design and development of our product, from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Make strategic design decisions for both core and new product features.
• Identify design problems and develop user-centric solutions to create exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure that established design standards and systems are consistently applied across the product.
• Collaborate with the team to identify user needs and incorporate them into design decisions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Industrial, Product, Interaction, Service Design), HCI, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience designing SaaS products.
• An online portfolio showcasing your understanding of UI/UX processes and design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design processes, and UX principles and techniques.
• Deep curiosity and involvement in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, UX design, and UI design.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for solving complex design challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
