About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to the design and development of AI-powered systems. You will support the team in building AI workflows, experimenting with ML/LLM models, and developing scalable AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building and testing ML models (classification, regression, recommendation, clustering)
• Support the development of RAG pipelines and vector/semantic search experiments
• Help with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Contribute to the design of basic AI workflows and automation with guidance from senior engineers
• Learn to work with modern AI tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, vector databases)
• Gain exposure to deploying AI solutions on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deploy AI products and actively participate in customer workshops to co-create solutions—translating business needs into new product features and delivering customer-driven innovation
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields
• Programming knowledge in Python and basic SQL
• Familiarity with ML concepts (training, evaluation, preprocessing)
• Interest in LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG pipelines
• Willingness to learn MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Curiosity about vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.)
• Problem-solving mindset and strong eagerness to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills in English
