About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, natural language interfaces, and ML to lead its innovation incubator function. This role is 90% hands-on implementation and 10% stakeholder management, ideal for an engineer eager to experiment, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of football transfers.

What They Will Be Doing

• Rapidly developing, deploying, and presenting AI/ML proof of concepts
• Working with structured and unstructured data to build and evaluate models
• Experimenting with a broad tech stack including LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, APIs, and mobile/web platforms
• Collaborating closely with founders and the CTO to prioritize impactful features and data improvements
• Communicating progress, findings, and challenges with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of experience delivering production software, with emphasis on AI, data processing, or MLOps
• Skilled in version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
• Experience building data transformations on relational or non-relational platforms
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for data workflows and system performance optimization

Qualifications Preferred

• Experience delivering client-facing software
• Familiarity with C#, Python, React, TypeScript
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar
• Knowledge of data platforms such as SQL Server, Power BI, or BigQuery
• Passion for rapid experimentation and innovation
