JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
- Identify and assess candidates across various functions and seniority levels, conducting competency-based interviews
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to improve process efficiency
- Plan and execute training and development activities in line with the company’s strategic vision
- Ensure the effective and seamless implementation of the onboarding and orientation program for new hires
