Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for Jira users in technology delivery teams.
• Oversee tooling change requests and facilitate the weekly tooling design authority.
• Support Jira users with articulating change requests and provide design guidance.
• Approve new Jira projects and configuration requests, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Provide day-to-day support to Jira users, including guidance on dashboards, reporting, Jira Plans, board configuration, and access management.
• Deliver data extraction, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Contribute to portfolio-level reporting through Jira data provision and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience performing project administrator activities in Jira.
• Strong knowledge of report and dashboard building in Jira.
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather input from diverse global teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage meetings, provide clear updates, and document tooling changes effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with EasyBI, Zephyr, or other Jira add-ons.
• Background in Agile coaching or as a Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of SAFe or Lean Portfolio Management.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning processes, ideally within the banking industry.
