What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- Manage and own digital products such as jira, resource management platforms and PowerBI reports for PMO.
- Lead UX/UI improvements for PMO tools
- Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders to gather and analyze new requirements
- Document needs with user stories, prepare mock-ups and flow diagrams, and define user acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on evolving IT business needs
- Deliver high-quality project outputs within planned timelines and resources
- Design and coordinate user acceptance tests, and manage system testing processes
- Prepare training materials, and conduct training sessions for PMO tools
- Monitor vendor support quality, evaluate application support performance, and ensure SLA compliance
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to IT users
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall; hands-on experience preferred.
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, and Confluence; practical experience is a plus.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports for senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Responsible for the planning of the program, all administrative and operative tasks for supporting the project teams and project managers
- Ensure that the projects under program run smoothly and in accordance with the master plan
- Responsible for the progress of program and project activities, quality of results and adherence to budgets and resource plans
- Monitor overall program quality (functional and IT concepts, test plans, right staffing, sticking to specifications etc.)
- Responsible for the planning of the program and all administrative and operative tasks for supporting the project teams and project managers
- Develop project charter, identified stakeholders and determine expectations, influence and impacts
- Review design documents and ensure they are aligned with RFP and target operating model
- Track project status, follow blueprint session outputs and deliverables, open items and risks
- Determine the process of change control board, identified risks and responses
- Control scope, costs, quality, risks, procurements and risk reassessments
- Making sure the project is running on time and to budget. Work is done according to standards
- Track changes of the scope / application architecture / resources and escalate requirements
- Monitor project budget and escalate additional budget requests to program sponsor
- Prepare integration test and UAT plans and schedule
- Prepare project closure presentation, archive project documents and create final reports
What will be the qualifications we expect from you?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in project Management
• Experience in business analysis is a plus
• Knowledge of process management and agile project methodologies
• Strong sense of product ownership and active participation in decision-making processes
• Experience in web and front-end development is a plus
• Involvement in digital transformation projects, especially in multicultural environments
