Customer Success Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering, Business Administration, or MIS)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer relations, customer success, or a similar role
• Background or strong interest in cloud technologies, SaaS, or IT services
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

Job Description

• Ensure our existing customers gain maximum value from our cloud solutions
• Manage customer onboarding processes, providing training and knowledge support
• Communicate customer requests, issues, and improvement suggestions to technical teams
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular customer meetings to analyze and report usage data
• Identify cross-sell and renewal opportunities and collaborate closely with the sales team
