Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering, Business Administration, or MIS)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer relations, customer success, or a similar role
- Background or strong interest in cloud technologies, SaaS, or IT services
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Job Description
- Ensure our existing customers gain maximum value from our cloud solutions
- Manage customer onboarding processes, providing training and knowledge support
- Communicate customer requests, issues, and improvement suggestions to technical teams
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular customer meetings to analyze and report usage data
- Identify cross-sell and renewal opportunities and collaborate closely with the sales team
