Responsibilities:

  • Support PM to carry out HSE work and assume responsibilities of execution and supervision.
  • Formulate the project HSE plan which is based on GWI IMS and subjected to local laws and regulations.

3 Ensures that statutory requirements, applicable to the performed activities and products, are identified, compliance level evaluated and non-compliances are closed for all the locations and sites in the Country.

  • Carry out HSE training for project employees, subcontractor personnel and external personnel:
  • Carry out on-site HSE inspection, propose the corrective measure, and urge to close the problems.
  • Support and participate the termly HSE meetings, report HSE issues and align with regional HSE manager and headquarters HSE Manager.
  • Project site HSE publicizing and activity organization.
  • Prepare emergency plan and organize of drills on project site.
  • Timely and truthfully report HSE attempted incidents and accidents, organize and participate in HSE accident investigation.
  • Supports the conduction of internal audits program in the GWl and oversees that audit findings are closed appropriately.
  • Collaborates with Country GM, Country management team and other support functions and services as well as all relevant interfaces globally to achieve the HSE objectives.
  • Other duties on site:
  • Daily coordination between client, Goldwind and subcontractors.
  • Develop health and safety site plans.
  • Investigate accident, incident and near mess. To be shared between different parties of the project.
  • Recommend solution and advice.
  • Assist engineering and operation team in their dealing with client in regrads to health, safety and enwironmental work.
  • Prepare risk assessments, emergency response plan and safety drills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5-8 years' relevant working experience as HSE manager or supervisor or similar roles with hands-on experience on site HSE management.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, critical thinking and self-initiative.
  • Be able to multitask, deal with ambiquity and pressure and build up scheme and process from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
  • Be able to travel on site in a daily/weekly basis
