JR. Project Manager

Socialand is Turkey’s largest and most influential agency that brings a new dimension to influencer marketing by offering influencer management as well as 360-degree influencer marketing and production services to brands.

We are looking for new team members to join us as a Jr. Account Manager and Jr. Influencer Marketing Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience at an agency or on the brand side,
• Familiar with influencer marketing processes,
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken),
• Strong time management and organizational skills,
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented,
• Skilled in planning and reporting,
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills,
• Able to use Canva effectively,
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Job Description:

• Analyze brand, client, and influencer needs to plan the creative process and manage all stages of the project,
• Coordinate content creation processes aligned with marketing goals, and deliver quick and creative solutions,
• Take an active role in project management, social media, and client relations,
• Prepare and present engaging presentations for both brands and influencers,
• Ensure coordination across teams and manage processes efficiently,
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and invoicing processes,
• Take full responsibility from briefing to execution in all steps of the project.
