We are looking for a skilled IT Network Support Engineer to join our team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations for our business users.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide L1/L2 support for network-related issues (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and configuration issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of network devices.
- Ensure network security through firewall policies, VPN setup, and access controls.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and changes.
- Support users with network access and connectivity requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in network support/administration.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or HP networking devices.
- Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Switching & Routing.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change management).
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- English (B2/C1) – written & spoken.
- Must be fluent in Polish.
- CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certified)
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation
