What part will you play?
- Provide remote advanced technical support and root cause analysis for EV charging systems.
- Support integration efforts between EV chargers, vehicles, and backend systems.
- Manage and resolve technical escalations efficiently.
- Maintain and monitor product performance and maintenance standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality protocols.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical learnings.
- Collaborate with Product Champions and R&D teams to address recurring product issues and contribute to product enhancements.
- Provide feedback and training to frontline support teams to improve first-contact resolution rates.
- Accountability for adherence to operational key performance indicators (KPIs) in case management, including metrics such as Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) and compliance with customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Occasionally, it can be needed to travel on-site to provide expert support, with the need to travel abroad.
- Deliver timely and accurate solutions to technical problems.
- Identify and eliminate root causes of recurring issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in product reliability.
- Strengthen field support through deep technical expertise.
- Serve as the escalation point for field issues to the Product Champion.
- Candidates should be engineers, preferably with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A strong background in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: electronics, information technology (IT), energy systems, or communication technologies.
- Relevant technical support experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a good level in both written and spoken English.
- High sense of customer orientation with excellent problem solving skills.
