We are looking for an IT Recruitment Officer for a hospitality company based in the UAE.
Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary – 13,000 – 15,000 AED/month
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of proven experience in a similar HR role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Skilled at building rapport and fostering strong relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related tools/software
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide guidance to candidates on the interview process and company culture.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
