Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Blockchain Product Manager. The Blockchain Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital wallet products. Day-to-day tasks include product strategy, feature definition, roadmap planning, and working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. The role also involves conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring the product meets regulatory and security standards. The Blockchain Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the adoption and innovation of blockchain solutions at Token 13 Software L.L.C.

🌟 What You’ll Do

· Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: from idea to market launch.

· Architect scalable, secure, and user-centric blockchain solutions.

· Stay ahead with industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market trends.

· Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and operations to bring products to life.

· Experience in product management, particularly in blockchain or fintechStrong understanding of Web3 technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and smart contract integration

· Ability to conduct market research and gather customer feedback

· Proficiency in regulatory compliance and security standards in the blockchain industry

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work on-site in Dubai

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

· Experience with digital wallet solutions and cryptocurrency is a plus

✅ What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Product Management experience (at least 1 year in blockchain/Web3).

Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solana, TRON or similar ecosystems.

Skilled in drafting PRDs, designing product flows, and working with cross-functional teams.

A curious mind that thrives in a fast-moving Web3 environment.
