Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Dubai. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, analyzing account data to optimize service, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role also involves negotiating contracts, resolving client issues, and providing excellent customer service to enhance client retention and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as primary contact for portfolio of assigned restaurants or buyers
  • Encourage app usage and frequent reordering
  • Identify relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct client visits and satisfaction check-ins
  • Provide internal feedback and performance reporting
  • Will be handling big accounts for the company



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 7+years of experience in Account Management
  • Proficiency in Arabic language
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly beneficial
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Account Management and Client Relationship Management experience
  • Proficiency in analyzing account data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Experience with managing key accounts and coordinating with internal teams
  • Proficiency in eProcurement solutions and related software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
