Role Overview

We are seeking a talented UX Copywriter to join our Product & UX team and ensure clear, consistent, and user-friendly communication across MultiBank Group’s trading platforms (FX, CFD, and Crypto). This role is responsible for creating impactful copy for web, mobile apps, onboarding flows, notifications, and client communications. The ideal candidate will blend storytelling with usability principles to deliver content that builds trust, enhances user journeys, and elevates the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the tone of voice for trading platforms, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Write microcopy for product interfaces, including buttons, menus, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Marketing to align copy with business goals and user needs.
• Translate complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Conduct A/B testing on copy to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
• Create copy guidelines, style guides, and best practices for UX writing across the Group.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to improve communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Copywriter (preferably in FinTech, Crypto, or Trading platforms).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and product copy samples.
• Ability to simplify complex financial/technical information for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with UX principles, content design systems, and user testing methods.
• Experience working with tools such as Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus.)
