We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations. The HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and more. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, induction, and offboarding
- Support recruitment, performance management, and Emiratization initiatives.
- Manage employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare HR documentation (contracts, offers, action requests).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and support employee engagement programs.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and internal communications.
- Support HR audits.
- fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent (CHRP/CHRM)
- 3–6 years of HR experience
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HRMS platforms
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
