Warehouse & Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for the well-organized, active person who will play a key role in the efficient operations related to the warehouse and logistics activities.

In this role, primary focus will be to coordinate receiving, storing, shipping of products, inventory management and orders realisation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to operate in the high quality medical devices environment.


Responsibilities:

· Coordination of processes related to shipments and supply chain: planning and controlling, oversee of incoming products and materials, control quality and accuracy, prepare orders for shipment, ensure that all outbound shipments are accurate, properly packaged

· Inventory management: track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurate and up-to-date, perform regular stock audits and reconciliations

· Order fulfliment: process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensure that the correct items are sent according to order specifications, ensure timely delivery

· Warehouse organization: maintain an organize relevant working environment, ensure proper storage of products and materials according to their characteristics, optimize warehouse layout and product placement for easy access and efficiency

· Safety and compliance: monitoring all safety protocols and regulations to ensure safe working environment, take care of all transportation activities, comply with local and international rules, including safety and environmental standards

· Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions

· Documentation management: prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and records of all transportation activities

· Problem resolution: address and resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipping

· Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other departments (e.g. procurement, sales teams and customer service) to meet needs and desired outcomes


Our Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar role; in a medical devices company will be a benefit

• Higher education – from Logistic, Supply Chain or related

• Understanding of supply chain systems and processes, with proactive approach to the optimazation of processes

• Knowledge of supply chain software; SAP knowledge will be a high asset

• Analytical, structured and organized

• Goals oriented, with commitment to cooperate with business and delivering results

• Flexible, open to learn, cooperative

• Fluent English language knowledge (written and spoken)
