Are you a Frontend Developer with a sharp eye for design and detail?

We're looking for someone who loves building beautiful, responsive user interfaces and thrives when turning concepts into polished, production-ready applications.

Our client is a seasoned Financial technology subject matter expert with an enviable client base.

The platform is mature, secure, performant, and maintainable, offering developers a chance to work on something industry-leading.

We are flexible in experience desired - we seek either a mid-level developer with a few years of experience who's eager and has good frontend fundamentals, or a Senior Developer who brings depth, autonomy, and mentorship.

Job Title: Front End Developer

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Cardiff office + 2 days working from home)

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum

What youll be working with

• React + TypeScript
• Collaborating with designers to deliver interfaces that look as good as they feel
• Building clean, scalable, maintainable code with a focus on performance

Nice-to-haves

• Node.js and/or Laravel PHP (for those who enjoy occasional full-stack crossover)
• A natural curiosity for design systems, usability and the finer details of user experience

Tools & culture

• They're open-minded about AI-assisted coding and using AI in your workflow

Experience needed

• Strong frontend development skills with React + TypeScript
• An eye for design, you don't need to be a designer, but you know when something looks off (!)
