You’ll be joining the growing team that leads AI collaborative experiences for Microsoft Teams, focusing on meeting experiences with AI front and center, to help people achieve more. You’ll partner across Microsoft 365 to bring coherence and spark to a fast-evolving AI-powered product ecosystem, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers of all fields to foster a growth mindset and promote a strong team bond.

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences that combine AI intelligence with human creativity.
- Create intuitive customer journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Use Figma like a boss to craft pixel-perfect, component-driven layouts and flows.
- Prototype with purpose helping partners understand what’s possible.
- Contribute to design critiques, evolve our systems and patterns, and help shape the future of Teams’ design language.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for our users at every step with clear storytelling, elegant documentation, and a strong sense of design purpose.
- Bring energy, curiosity, and heart to our growing design culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
- 2+ years experience with current design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
- 2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
- A portfolio that shows smart, elegant end-to-end work — from concept to craft, with focus on process.
- Experience working on conversational experiences with Ai Agents.
- Understanding of speech UX constraints, LLM behavior, and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing enterprise or collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Exposure to AI design tools like Bolt, Vercel, Lovable, Galileo, or others.
- Motion chops: animations, micro-interactions, or short-form videos and GIFs.
- Effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a bias for action.
- Comfortable working in agile teams and adapting quickly to new challenges.
- Clear thinker, fast learner, great listener.
