Role Description:

• Support the development, execution of project plans and implementation of programs within Products & Strategy (P&S)

• Partner with the business designated leads on transformational projects

• Establish and maintain appropriate reporting for PMO program/project governance, segment, and enterprise requirements.

• Support the Director, Governance & Project Management with planning, forecasting and visual trend analysis of Products & Strategy application development and business-related project spend

• Lead and coordinate initiatives to improve business performance measurement and reporting with various stakeholders.

• Generate management updates and summaries for boards and other senior operating committees.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency

• Conducts program(s)/project(s) in accordance with Financial Groups standard project management discipline, consistently following Enterprise Initiative Management Framework.

• Seeks out industry trends and organization knowledge to understand alternative approaches / solutions.

Required Skill Set:

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance

• Minimum years of project management experience

• PMP certification

• Demonstrated leadership ability in leading large cross-enterprise projects/programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and/or high level of complexity and uncertainty OR managing sub-projects/programs with high level of value (benefit/cost).

• Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively and interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Planview

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business tools and applications to enable report development

• Ability to independently identify strategic and tactical opportunities and priorities
