We are seeking an ICT Infrastructure Operations Engineer with strong technical expertise across multiple domains and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strong engineering background in data infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems
• Comfort working on modular, multi-tenant systems that enable self-service, observability, and scalability by design
• Clear thinking around data architecture principles like data mesh, decentralized ownership, and federated governance
• Experience in data center infrastructure management, including large-scale, distributed infrastructure
• Deliver enterprise-level infrastructure services (network, servers, backup systems, desktop) to clients.
• Manage data center and server room operations by overseeing network infrastructure and critical components.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including budgeting, drafting specifications, vendor selection, and invoice verification.
• Execute initiatives and enhancements that maximize the innovative use of network and server technologies.
• Collaborate with team leads and service providers to plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure service projects that improve service quality and user satisfaction.
• Work with central ICT infrastructure teams to design solutions that align with current and future requirements.
• You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
• You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Participate in architecture review and governance processes to ensure operational sustainability and resiliency requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Must be Singaporean or PR
• 3–5 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise ICT infrastructure services.
• Has expert knowledge of various Datacenter facilities
• Proven experience in ICT infrastructure management, including data centre operations, vendor management, networking, and infrastructure concepts.
• Basic skills in implementation, administration and troubleshooting of Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and Network Products - Routers, Switches, strong knowledge of static/dynamic routing
