Responsibilities

  • Manage data analysis projects related to data integrity across multiple teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Evaluate complex datasets for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and monitor key performance metrics
  • Transform raw data into actionable operational insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Write efficient SQL queries, conduct deep-dive analyses, and develop repeatable processes for data validation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate findings internally and externally
  • Collaborate with data science, product, and customer success teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure proper file submissions
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in product offerings and operational data
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation that aligns data acceptance criteria with business needs and system requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience with healthcare data (eligibility, pharmacy claims, or medical claims) is preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Basic SQL proficiency required; experience with Snowflake is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences
