Location: Englewood, CO (4 days/week onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Type: 6-month contract with a possibility to extend for multiple years

Compensation: Up to $67/hour W-2 or $75/hour C2C/1099

Summary of the Role:

A software developer is needed to join a team focused on developing a new platform. This individual will be a key contributor to building mission-critical data solutions and will work closely with other development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Golang and will be expected to collaborate with a sister team on a separate platform built on Java/Spring Boot.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Golang.
• Work with databases, primarily MongoDB, and some PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with a separate team to assist with development on a Java/Spring Boot platform.
• Interact with Git/GitHub and GitLab for version control.
• Contribute to projects built on AWS EKS.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of development experience, with 2+ specific to Golang.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases is required.
• A solid understanding of Git/GitHub or GitLab is essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Current or prior experience with Java/Spring Boot to support collaboration with another team.
• Familiarity with code generation models like Copilot or Amazon Q.
• Experience with a workflow engine such as Camunda.
