About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) practice. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, managing and supporting network infrastructure across multiple clients while ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
- Provide client-facing support and act as a technical point of contact for network-related inquiries.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Manage and secure network access, permissions, and configurations.
- Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute network projects.
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role within an MSP environment.
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) preferred.
