About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) practice. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, managing and supporting network infrastructure across multiple clients while ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Provide client-facing support and act as a technical point of contact for network-related inquiries.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
Manage and secure network access, permissions, and configurations.
Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute network projects.
Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role within an MSP environment.
Hands-on experience with networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and firewall configurations.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and client interaction skills.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) preferred.
