·UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification is Mandatory for both roles

·Location: Muscat, Oman (On-site)

·Relocation Required

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise UiPath automations for Telecom. Focus on Document Understanding (IDP), Orchestrator design, integrations (OSS/BSS, REST/SOAP) and team enablement.

Must-haves

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) — mandatory
• Strong Telecom domain experience (OSS/BSS, provisioning, order-to-cash, invoicing)
• Hands-on Document Understanding / IDP (OCR, extractors, Validation Station, taxonomy)
• 7+ years IT experience; 4+ years UiPath at enterprise scale
• Experience with Orchestrator (queues, assets, multi-tenant), REFramework, custom activities (.NET/C#)
• Willing & able to relocate to Muscat within 2 months

Key responsibilities (short)

• Architect end-to-end UiPath + IDP solutions for Telecom processes
• Design Orchestrator, CI/CD and reusable component libraries
• Lead PoCs, mentor developers, run code reviews and ensure production stability
• Integrate bots with APIs, ERPs and databases; own runbooks & monitoring
