We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the requirements and analysis efforts for an innovative project aimed at automating and integrating the Source Data Verification/ Source Data Review forecasting processes within clinical trial operations. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a scalable, accurate, and user-friendly forecasting solution that replaces inefficient manual spreadsheet methods.
This is you
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst position;
- Experience in clinical trials or other regulated domains with a strong focus on Source Data Verification and Source Data Review processes;
- Deep knowledge of business analysis methodologies including requirements gathering, process mapping, and defining acceptance criteria;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels, translating complex business needs into technical requirements;
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills;
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations, electronic case report forms (eCRFs), and regulatory requirements related to data integrity and patient safety.
- Analyze existing manual SDV/SDR forecasting processes across clinical trials and identify opportunities for automation and integration;
- Document clear and comprehensive functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with user needs and regulatory standards;
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to translate business requirements into executable deliverables;
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities to ensure the solution meets business and compliance expectations;
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with customer goals and project objectives;
- Assist in defining metrics and KPIs for the successful adoption and performance measurement of the SDV/SDR forecasting module.
