📍 Remote (with occasional office presence in Kyiv, Ukraine) | 🌍 Global Team | 🕒 Full-time

Established in 2023, Playnetic is a new player in the world of gaming entertainment. We design and build slot games from scratch - from idea to release. Our games will be played in regulated markets globally through industry-leading operators.

Our innovative gaming content is centred around our core values: quality gaming, dedicated customer service, and reliable delivery to our partners.

We're currently in a phase of growth and will scale considerably over the next 12 months. As a fully remote studio, we understand the importance of staying connected and maintaining team collaboration. We are continually mindful of this as we grow and have the tools and support in place to help us all flourish.

Playnetic is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to help keep our team running at its best. As a key member of our global HR team, you’ll ensure efficient processes that support employees at every stage of their journey with the company. From onboarding and payroll coordination to HRIS management, you’ll play a central role in keeping our people operations seamless while collaborating closely with colleagues across the company.

If you’re a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives on structure and accuracy, this could be the perfect role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

🔹 Onboarding & Offboarding – Coordinate seamless experiences for employees and contractors, from their first day to their last.

🔹 HRIS Management – Maintain, audit, and update employee data in PeopleForce with accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

🔹 Payroll & Benefits – Support payroll submissions and benefits tracking, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and on time.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with HR colleagues and teams across Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver initiatives that strengthen our people operations.

🔹 HR Projects & Improvements – Lead and contribute to projects such as building new processes, creating employee resources, and enhancing benefits programs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations, generalist, or admin roles.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, experience with HR systems (PeopleForce or similar), and confident reporting in Excel.

Mindset: Open-minded, positive, and proactive—someone who enjoys keeping things structured and well-documented.

Languages: Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent English (C1).

Location: You must be based in Kyiv, with the ability to be in the office bi-weekly.

Industry Background: Experience in tech, finance, banking, or investments is a plus, but we’re open to all industries.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

💡 Join a global HR team – You’ll be part of a growing, open-minded team where your ideas and input are valued.

🌍 Work on international projects – Gain experience supporting a global workforce.

📈 Opportunities to learn & grow – With a fast-scaling company, you’ll have room to expand your skills and take on exciting challenges.
