App Mechanic is a full-service development agency specializing in Website, Mobile App, and Game Development. We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master to help drive agile practices and support our growing projects across multiple industries.

The Opportunity:

As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a key role in facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience working on exciting long-term projects while growing into a leadership role.

What We're Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and practices.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM I) certification.
• Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with software development processes (Web, Mobile, or Game Development).
• Understanding of Kanban or other Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and priorities.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth progress of the team.
• Promote continuous improvement and a culture of accountability.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Help track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
