We are looking for a Creator to lead our UGC (User-Generated Content) Program to drive our content and community initiatives across social platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation with leadership of our UGC program, ensuring our brand presence is authentic, engaging, and community-driven. The position is remote and reports to the Head of Marketing in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Host Spaces and Lives on X to interact with the community in real time
• Lead the UGC program, including recruiting, guiding, and activating new affiliates
• Develop content strategies to grow reach and engagement across multiple channels
• Engage with community members on Telegram and Discord
• Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to align content with campaigns
• Monitor content performance and share regular reports and insights
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar
• Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, digital assets, and online communities
• Comfortable hosting live sessions, podcasts, or community discussions
• Skilled in social media trends, short-form content formats, and audience engagement
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to go beyond basic responsibilities to deliver impactful results
• Flexible to work across global time zones, including collaboration with Asia
