The Role


We're looking for a well-connected, professional Business Development Manager who can open doors and bring strategic introductions to TokenAds.


You will represent our brand, introducing us to top-tier founders, CMO's and decision makers at:


  • Web3 & DeFi protocols
  • Blockchain infrastructure projects
  • Major CEXs / DEXs
  • Wallet providers and high-volume platforms


Your role is to introduce and help close new client relationships who need scalable user-acquisition and performance advertising campaigns to scale their brand.


Who We’re Looking For


  • You already network in the right circles: Web3, DeFi, blockchain events, major conferences, private founder groups and investor breakfasts.
  • You’re trusted by founders, C-level execs, and decision makers in this blockchain.
  • You thrive on making powerful introductions to long terms business relationships.
  • You’re outcome-driven and willing to work for commissions and token equity. (No fixed salary).
  • You’re not just a “Telegram” hunter hopeful of winning very early stage projects — you know and thrive in real deal-flow pipelines and understand the process of closing major deals.
  • You're based in UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East or USA, we're able to serve most geo's.
