The Senior Developer will be working on the CHeReL Portal and assisting with ICT Uplift project and rebuild of data linkage application using modern frameworks as required. The Senior Developer focus is on front and back-end coding, review/implement architectural changes (if any) documentation and functional testing. The senior developer will have to also deliver the relevant documentation, manage testing, provide support handover and training as needed, participate in other application development and support duties across Centre for Epidemiology and Evidence CEE.
Health Manager level 4, starting salary from $141,974 - $169,151 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.
What You Will Do
- Full stack development for CHeReL’s and CEE’s applications.
- Converting requirements to user stories and preparing and keeping documentation current, including preparatory activities to enable testing
- Design and build user friendly and highly functional and productive UI with high performant and complex coding.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Create strategy, plan, and prepare identified custom applications for support by eHealth in the future.
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Excellent ASP.net Core framework, Angular and SQL development (including other relevant technologies) and some data modelling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in using DevOps environment and Agile methodology.
- Experience in providing post-production application support.
