The Opportunity
We offer a full-time 12-month contract with potential for permanent employment. From day one, you’ll receive guidance from a Lead Software Engineer and have access to resources and support, including instructional videos on our tech stack and weekly technical deep dive sessions.
During our tailored Graduate Program, you will work within three of our R&D specialist teams. Moving between teams to experience the full array of technology and roles available. You will also get the opportunity to travel to our manufacturing base in Sydney to get hands-on with our products and experience deploying enforcement technology in the field.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Full working rights in Australia
- A strong interest in technology
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Science
- Strong programming skills in C#, C/C++, Java, with a willingness to specialise in C#
- Graduated no earlier than 2023, or expecting to graduate by end of 2025
- Pre-employment checks (including driver license history and police check) will be conducted at our expense.
- Melbourne-based and able to work in-person at our offices. Flexible working arrangements (including working from home) are available after the initial onboarding and training period
- Experience in collaborative software development teams
- Openness to sharing designs and welcoming feedback
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a supportive team environment
- Majors in mechatronics are highly regarded
- Your Application: To ensure your application is successfully submitted, we require the following;

- Academic transcript
- Answers to a short list of questions
- Phone Interview: A brief initial call with a member of our hiring team. We will discuss the role and answer any questions you may have.
- Technical Interview: A 90-minute face-to-face or online interview with our R&D panel, where you will participate in the following activities:
- Work through a technical coding task where you will be asked to develop code with the help of our hiring team
- Answer questions about your technical experience
- Discuss a theoretical design task.
- Workplace Survey: If successful, you will be asked to complete a short survey about your working habits. This helps us to understand you better and use your interview time more effectively.
- Final Interview: A 60-minute face-to-face or online interview with an R&D leader and team member.
- Pre-Employment Screening and Offer: We will inform successful candidates and conduct pre-employment checks prior to issuing a formal job offer.
